How it works

Buying a car from SABO CARS takes four simple steps. Here’s what to expect.

  1. Find a car

Browse the cars on our home page, filter them by make, model, generation and year, or search by VIN.

  2. Check the details

Every car page shows photos, condition, specifications and sale information, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

  3. Ask us anything

Have a question about a car? Press “Ask a question” on its page and our team will get back to you.

  4. Buy your car

Ready? Press “Buy Now”. We’ll contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment and handover.

Reading a car page

Car pages use a few terms you may not know. Here’s what they mean.

Lot
Our reference number for the car.
VIN
The Vehicle Identification Number — a unique 17-character code for every car. Use it to search for a car.
Seller and sale document
Who is selling the car and which title document comes with it, for example “Rebuildable”. A verified badge means our team has checked it.
Loss
What happened to the car, for example a collision.
Primary and secondary damage
The main damaged areas of the car, for example the left front.
Odometer
How far the car has been driven, in miles or kilometres, with the other unit shown in brackets.
Start code
Whether the car runs: “Run and Drive” — starts and moves; “Starts” — the engine starts; “Stationary” — doesn’t start or move.
Key
Whether a key comes with the car.
ACV / ERC
ACV (actual cash value) is the estimated value of the car before damage. ERC (estimated repair cost) is what repairs are expected to cost.
